Responsive Design: Ensure that designs are responsive and optimized for different screen resolutions across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. Design Systems: Contribute to the creation, evolution, and maintenance of the design system, ensuring consistency across the product. Agile Development: Collaborate with the development team in an Agile environment, ensuring design alignment with sprints and iterative cycles. Who We're Looking For – The Personal Competencies That Matter Experience : 3-5 years of experience in product or UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work. Figma Expertise : Proficiency in Figma, including staying updated on the latest plugins and developments. Prototyping Tools : Strong experience with Figma, Marvel, Invision and other prototyping tools for user testing. Interaction & Animation : Demonstrated expertise in interaction design and animation to enhance user engagement.
