Roles & Responsibility: Provide business insight to senior stakeholders and help definecustomer experience; Serve as advocate for software and assist clientswith questions and/orconcerns; Identify ways to improveonboarding, customer support,and account management processes; Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner; Become a SME where it relatesto software; Develop trusted relationships with new and existing clientsand ensure satisfaction with software product. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Excellent time management skills; 2+ years of experience within client service/support/success role. Great verbal and writtencommunication skills; Basic knowledge in Excel & Word. Proven ability to developand maintain strongclient relationships; Client and team-oriented attitude Any Graduation is fine Personal skills Result- and outcome-orientation High degree of enthusiasm, dynamism and drive to succeed Capacity of hard work and perseverance Maturity to collaborate with peers to achieve overall success Capability to nurture and motivate direct reports to high success
