Website Designer (Figma Expert) – Job Overview
We're looking for a

skilled and creative Website Designer

who can design and improve

next-gen investor relations websites.
If you have

strong Figma skills, a great design sense, and a solid understanding of UI/UX trends,

we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
Design & Enhance : Create

visually appealing, user-friendly

investor relations websites.
Figma Expertise : Develop

wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

using Figma.
User-Centered Design : Conduct user research, usability testing, and improve designs based on feedback.
Design Standards : Maintain high-quality

design systems, guidelines, and best practices.
Stay Updated : Keep up with the

latest UI/UX trends, tools, and web design best practices.
Collaborate : Work closely with

Developers, Product Managers, and Marketing teams

to ensure seamless execution.
Optimize for Performance : Ensure

responsive, mobile-friendly, and SEO-optimized

designs.

What We're Looking For
6+ years of experience

as a Website Designer or UI/UX Designer.
Figma expertise

– skilled in design workflows, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
Strong visual design skills – excellent understanding of

color theory, typography, and modern web aesthetics.
Knowledge of

user behavior, interaction design, and usability best practices.
Ability to create

pixel-perfect, responsive designs

for desktop and mobile.
A

detail-oriented, proactive, and innovative

mindset focused on delivering

high-quality designs.
Strong

communication skills

and ability to work with

developers, marketers, and management.
Up-to-date with the

latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry advancements.
