Role Overview: The Finance & Banking Expert will play a crucial role in assisting MSMEs with financial planning, credit facilitation, and access to banking services. This role requires extensive engagement with financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and entrepreneurs. Key Responsibilities: Guide MSMEs on loan applications, project reports, and financial documentation. Assist in financial planning, working capital management, and taxation compliance. Develop training modules on financial literacy and credit access. Establish relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to support MSMEs. Provide insights into government financial schemes and funding opportunities. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in banking, finance, or credit advisory. Strong understanding of financial regulations and MSME compliance. Excellent negotiation skills with financial institutions. Travel Requirement: Frequent visits to banks, NBFCs, and government financial departments .
