Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist, located in Ahmedabad. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, performing clerical tasks, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining office security and ensuring all administrative functions run smoothly.
Qualifications
Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Strong Clerical Skills and ability to perform administrative tasks
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task
Experience in a similar role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
