Role Objective: The E-Commerce Officer - Global MIS & System E-Commerce will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the organization's Digital Systems (Related Sales & Distribution) and e-commerce systems. This role involves system development, System QA testing, System implementation, System troubleshooting, user support, and data management to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance system functionalities and drive improvements aligned with business needs. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, digital marketing, or a related field. Proven 0–4 years of experience in digital product management, system administration, or e-commerce platform management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in database management, reporting tools (MS Excel + Power BI + SQL, etc.), system integration (SAP), & AI tools (Chat GPT, Google Gemini, MS Copilot, etc.). Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Excellent communication and training skills. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Role & Responsibilities: System Development & Implementation: Coordinate with development teams for new project initiatives and enhancements. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure seamless system deployment. Work with stakeholders to implement system improvements and automation. System Support & Administration: Provide day-to-day support for the systems and e-commerce portal. Manage user creation, deactivation, and access control. Oversee master data management and ensure accuracy. Handle account KYC verification and team mapping. Activate and manage ordering processes. Administer and maintain the backend portal. Address and resolve system-related queries. Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions for internal teams on new functionalities and system updates. Maintain comprehensive documentation on system features, troubleshooting guides, and best practices. Ensure knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders. Reporting & Data Management: Generate and share periodic reports and analytics for business insights. Ensure data integrity and security across platforms. Support business decision-making through accurate and timely data sharing. Functional Skills Required: Hands-on experience with MS Excel + Power BI + SQL, etc.), system integration (SAP) & AI tools (Chat GPT, Google Gemini, MS Copilot, etc.). or e-commerce platforms.
