: Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma Job Description: VBCC High Temperature Instruments Private Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in branding, visual storytelling, and creative design . The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in graphic design, with expertise in developing brand identities, marketing materials, and digital content that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Branding & Visual Identity: Develop and maintain the company's brand identity across all digital and print materials. Ensure brand consistency by creating cohesive designs for marketing campaigns, corporate materials, and product visuals. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand positioning and messaging through visual content. Design & Development: Conceptualize and create compelling designs for brochures, social media, websites, advertisements, packaging, and presentations. Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all designs align with the company's brand strategy and business objectives . Software Proficiency & Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Lightroom). Strong skills in photo editing, retouching, and visual enhancement . Knowledge of UI/UX principles to create user-friendly and engaging interfaces. Ability to adapt to emerging design trends and software advancements. Creativity & Innovation: Bring fresh, innovative ideas to every project, pushing creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity. Continuously research and incorporate latest design trends to enhance the visual appeal of all content. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product teams, to execute visually compelling campaigns. Requirements: 7-8 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and design expertise . Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools , including Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Lightroom. Expertise in branding, marketing design, and corporate identity development . Ability to create innovative, eye-catching PowerPoint presentations and other business communication materials. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience designing digital assets. Detail-oriented, highly creative, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment . Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
