Associate Lawyer

EOS Chambers of Law is seeking a dynamic and skilled Associate Lawyer to join our esteemed legal team. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in civil and criminal cases before High Courts, District Courts, Tribunals, and other legal forums . Conduct legal research, case analysis, and drafting of pleadings, petitions, and legal opinions. Assist in trial preparation, case strategy development, and client consultations . Handle bail applications, cross-examinations, evidence submissions, and arguments in court . Work closely with senior lawyers and maintain court schedules, case files, and documentation . Stay updated with legal precedents, procedural changes, and amendments in litigation laws . Key Requirements: LLB from a recognized university (Enrollment with Bar Council required). 5-6 years of hands-on experience in civil & criminal litigation . Strong courtroom advocacy skills with the ability to argue matters independently. Proficiency in legal drafting, case research, and court procedures .
