Role Overview:
We are looking for a

highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Intern

to join our team for a

3-month internship . This role focuses primarily on

Social Media management, content creation, and scheduling , helping enhance Learnyst's digital presence across platforms. You will also assist in

influencer marketing efforts , identifying potential influencers and collaborating on brand campaigns.

Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content

(Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,

posts, etc.), and occasional long-form video content as well.
Manage posting schedules across platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and campaign goals.
Utilize design and video editing tools to create visually compelling content.
Research and stay updated on the latest social media trends and platform algorithms to enhance brand visibility.
Track and analyze social media performance using insights and metrics to improve content strategy.
Repurpose existing content into multiple formats for different social platforms.

Influencer Marketing:
Scout, evaluate, and identify potential influencers aligned with Learnyst's brand and audience.
Build and manage relationships with influencers to foster long-term collaborations.
Assist in outreach, negotiations, and finalizing influencer deals.
Plan and execute influencer campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Ideate and assist in creating scripts and content ideas for influencers to ensure impactful campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, focusing on metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions.
Stay updated with trends in influencer marketing and explore innovative collaboration opportunities.

Requirements:
0-1 years of experience in content creation, social media management or influencer marketing.
Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Proven experience in content ideation and production across various platforms.
Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and outreach techniques.
Comfortable and confident in front of a camera.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet deadlines.
A "get it done" attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus.
Passion for social media, storytelling, and networking.

Internship Details:
Duration:

3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and interest.
Stipend:

₹15,000- ₹20,000 fixed per month, based on experience and skills shown in assessment.
Flexible work environment with opportunities for remote work.

Office perks include snacks and a game area to relax during breaks.
Standard working hours: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off).
