HR Shared Services Associate – Performance and Conduct Specialist – Tier 3 Experienced Individual Contributor in Performance and Associate Conduct Job Summary: The HR Shared Services Associate (Tier 3) plays a vital role in organizing and coordinating performance management and associate conduct initiatives , providing essential support to the Performance Management and Conduct Specialist and HR Business Partners . This position is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of projects, meeting HR team expectations, and aligning with company policies. The Tier 3 Associate also contributes to process improvement efforts while gaining valuable experience in performance management and associate relations . Key Responsibilities: Performance Management & Conduct Support: Manage and track Performance Management Tickets , ensuring timely responses and resolution. Assign and monitor Conduct Tickets , ensuring appropriate documentation and escalation. Maintain Code of Conduct logs , compiling and analyzing quarterly summaries for HR leadership. Follow up with HRBPs to ensure timely and accurate updates on performance and conduct cases. Reporting & Data Analysis: Generate and analyze reports for each Performance Management cycle , identifying trends and insights. Maintain accurate records of performance actions, terminations, and conduct cases. Utilize strong Excel skills to interpret data, create pivot tables, and generate actionable insights. Process Administration & Coordination: Organize and manage Performance Management Office Hours , tracking participation and key discussions. Support termination processes for conduct and cost optimization, ensuring compliance with company policies. Assist in the documentation and tracking of employee performance improvement plans (PIPs). Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for associates with performance and conduct-related inquiries , providing customer-focused guidance. Prepare PowerPoint presentations to support training, leadership reporting, and HR team discussions. Ensure proper documentation and communication between HR, legal, and leadership teams. Required Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR call center, supporting performance management and employee relations. Strong understanding of performance management frameworks, conduct policies, and HR best practices . Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting). Proficiency in PowerPoint for training and reporting presentations. Excellent communication and customer service skills to support internal associates effectively. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for tracking performance trends. Preferred Certifications & Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP , or equivalent preferred. Experience working in a global HR environment is a plus.
