Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end architecture and design of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud implementations.Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.Define architectural best practices, integration patterns, and data models for cross-cloud solutions.Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.Design and govern the use of Salesforce Data Cloud for customer 360 use cases, data unification, segmentation, and activation.Provide architectural guidance on Omni-channel, Case Management, Knowledge, and Service Processes.Establish and maintain architectural governance and documentation.Support data migration, integration, and synchronization strategies across systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, CDP).Stay updated with Salesforce releases, roadmap, and ecosystem tools relevant to Service Cloud and Data Cloud.Mentor development teams and review code/design for compliance with architectural standards.
Skill & Qualification:Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.10+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce architecture roles.Proven experience in Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and implementation.Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP) including data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, and activation.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (APEX, LWC, Process Builder, Flows, etc.).Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration strategies.Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or B2C Solution Architect preferred.
