About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping our brand identity across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in logo design, branding, brochures, marketing materials, and digital assets . This role requires a deep understanding of the latest design market trends , consumer behaviour, and branding strategies. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and digital teams to create compelling visuals that drive engagement and brand recognition. Key Responsibilities (KRAs): 1. Brand Identity & Logo Design Design unique, memorable, and scalable logos and brand identities . Develop brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Refine and update existing brand assets based on market trends and feedback. 2. Marketing & Promotional Material Design Create brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations for print and digital use. Design engaging social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads . Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's brand positioning and messaging . 3. Website & Digital Content Design Design website banners, UI components, and infographics for digital platforms. Work alongside web developers to ensure design integrity is maintained across WordPress and other CMS platforms . Create interactive and visually appealing assets for landing pages and digital campaigns . 4. Print & Production Coordination Prepare print-ready artwork, ensuring high-quality resolution and colour accuracy . Liaise with printing vendors and suppliers to maintain quality and consistency. Stay updated on sustainable and cost-effective printing techniques relevant to market standards. 5. Creative Direction & Concept Development Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns. Work collaboratively with the content and marketing teams to ensure designs support business objectives. Research the competitive landscape to develop innovative branding strategies. 6. Visual Storytelling & Customer Engagement Design graphics that enhance storytelling and brand engagement . Create illustrations, icons, and typography that support brand narratives . Adapt designs to suit various target audiences and cultural preferences of persona. 7. Compliance & Industry Trends Ensure all designs comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and advertising regulations . Stay up to date with emerging design trends, technologies, and industry best practices . Implement accessible and inclusive design principles to cater to diverse audiences. Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of branding and marketing work. Proficiency in industry-leading design software, including (but not limited to): Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Adobe XD / Figma (for UI/UX and wireframing) Canva / CorelDRAW (for rapid design iterations) Sketch / Affinity Designer (optional but preferred) Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (for presentations and documentation) Experience designing logos, brochures, social media content, and digital ads . Strong understanding of print production, typography, and colour theory . Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs . Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
