Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to handle the complete recruitment cycle. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and ensuring timely feedback to all candidates. You will collaborate with department heads to gather inputs, refine job descriptions, and ensure that new hires meet both departmental and organizational needs. Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in managing high-volume hiring and sourcing across various platforms. Responsibilities: JD Preparation: Collaborate with department heads to prepare detailed and accurate job descriptions that clearly outline role requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications. Sourcing & Job Posting: Identify and attract top talent through job portals like Recruiter, Naukri, and other platforms. Create and post engaging job posting to attract the right candidates, and actively source candidates to build a strong talent pool. Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' skills and qualifications for the role. Profile Sharing & Coordination: Share candidate profiles with the concerned department heads, gather input, and refine the recruitment strategy to meet specific departmental needs. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Concern department managers. Ensure smooth communication throughout the interview process. Feedback Incorporation: Collaborate with department heads to refine shortlists based on feedback and specific role requirements. Vacancy Updation: Regularly update vacancy status, ensuring that all job openings are posted and maintained across job portals and internal systems. Communicate updates with the HR team and department heads Candidate Feedback: Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates who were not selected for the role in a respectful and professional manner. Pipeline Building & Relationship Maintenance: Actively source candidates and build a strong talent pipeline. Maintain ongoing relationships with potential candidates for future job openings, ensuring a steady flow of quality candidates Collaboration with HR Team: Work closely with the HR team to enhance recruitment strategies, improve hiring processes, and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals. Skill & Ability: Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring. Familiarity with various sourcing tools and job portals such as Naukri, recruiter, indeed, Monster, and other relevant platforms, as well as proficiency in using social media channels for recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with candidates and department heads. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Master's degree in human resources field is preferred.
