As Tutorac's Social Media Host and Brand Ambassador, you'll be the vibrant face of our mission to bridge the IT skills gap. This role combines content strategy with a public-facing presence, requiring you to create compelling content, host engaging events, and influence audiences across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. If you're a natural on camera, thrive in front of crowds, and can inspire action, this is your opportunity to lead Tutorac's social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that highlights IT trends, career growth, and Tutorac's unique offerings (e.g., global tutors, hands-on skills).
- Produce engaging, platform-specific content such as Reels, YouTube tutorials, and LinkedIn thought pieces, including hosted demos (e.g., a mini AWS lesson) to showcase our courses.

Hosting & Public Interaction:
- Host live sessions, webinars, and Q&As with expert tutors, delivering an interactive and captivating experience for viewers.
- Lead virtual or in-person events designed to pull crowds, fostering real-time engagement and building a lively Tutorac community.
- Take charge of social media takeovers, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and other live formats, showcasing your charisma and ability to connect with audiences.

Field Engagement:
- Head out into the crowd for fieldwork, engaging with people randomly in Hyderabad's IT hubs, universities, and tech events.
- Interact with the public spontaneously, gathering opinions and insights on IT education and career goals.
- Shoot authentic reels and short videos on the go, capturing real moments that make Tutorac relatable and approachable.

Brand Promotion & Audience Engagement:
- Drive course enrollments through compelling calls-to-action and personalized affiliate links/codes (e.g., "LEARNWITH(YourName)").
- Actively engage followers by responding to comments, DMs, and questions, creating a welcoming and interactive environment.
- Inspire user-generated content (e.g., learner testimonials) to build trust and demonstrate Tutorac's impact.

Collaboration & Representation:
- Work with marketing and media teams to brainstorm creative campaigns and share audience insights.
- Represent Tutorac at events, embodying our brand's energy, values, and mission.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a host, anchor, or influencer, preferably in tech, education, or career-focused fields.
- Exceptional on-camera presence and public speaking skills, with a talent for engaging and influencing diverse audiences.
- Strong content strategy and social media management expertise, paired with the ability to pull crowds and foster interaction.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance and refine strategies.
- Bold, proactive personality with a genuine passion for IT education and community-building.
