Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Specialist role at Neo Inventronix Private Limited located in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Bengaluru. We are looking for a self-motivated and high-performing Sales Specialist/Sales Consultant who will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing strategic sales initiatives, scaling the sales function, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into paying customers.
Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct regular check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media to generate new leads and prospects. Manage and update CRM data to track interactions and progress.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Use this information to refine sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Education: minimum of BE/BTech/Biomedical Engineering/B Pharm
Experience: ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of sales experience in medical devices/medical equipments and manage and maintain string working relationships with industry stakeholders and specialists
Preference to candidates with prior experience in medical device/equipments sales (OT/ICU/Cath Lab etc)., who have closely worked with OT technicians, Anesthetists, surgeons and managing working relationships with them.
Skills
Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
