As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Professional to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our software product development and services company. This role will focus on brand building, managing our corporate website, overseeing event management, and driving social media marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand visibility and generate quality leads. Key Responsibilities Brand Building & Strategy: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market positioning. Collaborate with leadership to define brand messaging, visual identity, and value proposition. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth. Corporate Website Management: Oversee the maintenance, content updates, and optimization of the corporate website. Ensure the website aligns with the overall brand strategy and delivers a seamless user experience. Coordinate with web developers, designers, and content creators to execute website improvements and new initiatives. Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute company events, webinars, conferences, and trade shows. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and on-site coordination. Develop pre- and post-event marketing plans to maximize engagement and lead generation. Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to build community engagement and brand loyalty. Create, curate, and schedule content across multiple platforms (, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Monitor social media performance, engage with followers, and adjust strategies based on analytics insights. Content Marketing & Communications: Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality marketing collateral, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos. Manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent brand messaging. Coordinate with PR agencies and manage media relations to secure earned media opportunities. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track KPIs and inform strategy adjustments. Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to ensure successful campaign execution. Oversee marketing projects from ideation to execution, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a technology or software development environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CMS, social media management tools). Familiarity with website management and content optimization strategies. Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Additional Competencies: Experience managing events and coordinating cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
