We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales

Specialist

to join our fast-paced sales team in a SaaS-based company. The Inside Sales

Specialist

will generate new business leads and close sales opportunities with prospects who have shown interest in our product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and innovation.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, contact, and qualify potential clients through various channels, including email, phone, social media, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, including follow-up calls and emails, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract signing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns and strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM system to track sales progress and ensure data integrity.
Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued use of our product.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new developments in the SaaS market to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be fluent in French and Spanish
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS-based company.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects and clients.
Excellent presentation skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
