Junior Agronomist

We are expanding our agricultural services capabilities to cater to US-based clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Agronomist located in Coimbatore. The Junior Agronomist will be responsible for conducting research, assisting in the development of agricultural crop production methods, technologies, strategies, irrigation systems, and monitoring plant health and yield. This will include research, testing and production deployment of the latest growing methods and technologies to support traditional and renewable agriculture. This role will include working on client and company-initiated projects and services. hands on growing and cultivation in a research and test setting. Qualifications Knowledge of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition Experience in growing, cultivation and harvesting of crop systems Knowledge of renewable agricultural practices a plus Experience in Agriculture and Irrigation practices Strong Research and Problem Solving skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field is preferred Compensation to commensurate with knowlegde and experience
