Key Result Areas:
1) Development and end to end coordination for product renders for Website listing.
2) Development and end to end coordination for images & renders for all catalogues and collaterals of B2C and B2B LOBs.
3) Coordination and management of product shoots, including product booking, movement, assembly & service, QC, return to products (end to end coordination), Photoshoot warehouse management, and audit.
4) Internal and External audits – preparation of all documents for IMC department in coordinating with team members.
5) SPOC for INTIMC email id and IMC data asset management.

Job Description:
Plan, collate, & develop textual, visual, & technical content for the Interio website.
Arrange 3D files for Products or coordinate to shoot the product for creating the 3D files.
Get visually appealing, contemporary Renders made – Limbo images, A2/A1 ambient images, A+ Videos, & Infographic content, for listing on Interio website.
Plan, collate, & develop textual, visual, & technical content for all catalogues, collaterals of B2C and B2B products.
Arrange 3D files for Products or coordinate to Photoshoot the product for creating the 3D files.
Get visually appealing, contemporary Limbo & Ambient content developed for catalogs & collaterals of B2C & B2B products.
End to End Project management for getting all kinds of Product images – understanding products, getting content developed, coordinating with Product Managers for necessary technical approvals and close working with the rendering agencies.
End to End coordination and management of all Photoshoots done by IMC
Coordination of product booking, product delivery, installation, dismantling, and reverse movement
Getting QC done of products post the photoshoot and coordinating for the reverse movement
Maintaining a Tracker of all Photoshoots done
Photoshoot warehouse management to ensure the warehouse is in good conditions, doing regular audits and maintaining logs of audit. Process owner for the Photoshoot warehouse.
Documentation & coordination for Internal and External departmental audits:
Maintaining the department manual for ISO &other audits.
Coordinating with team members for arranging all required audit documents, presentations, etc.
Working with department head and B2C & B2B brand leads on timely closure of audit remarks.
Getting project estimations, vendor invoices, and tracking budget v/s expense for the projects handled.
Ensuring all assets created are archived as per DAM (digital asset management) process & nomenclature for easy retrieval of content at any time.
SPOC for INTIMC email id – coordinating for & sending out IMC departmental emails.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION
Essential: Graduation in Any Discipline
Preferred: PG in Marketing

REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential: 2 years for Graduation in Any Discipline

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
