Role Overview:
As the Service Delivery Head at Vedak, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our service delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end service delivery to clients, resource management, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
Utilize data analytics to develop and implement innovative service delivery strategies based on market trends and client feedback.
Cultivate a high-performance culture within delivery teams of Key Account Managers, Project Coordinators, and Recruiter.s
Architect and implement scalable processes for operational efficiency
Drive client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and continuous service improvement
Collaborate with the sales team to align delivery capabilities with client expectations
Manage high-level client escalations and maintain key client relationships

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in service delivery or operations management, preferably in consulting or professional services

Strong understanding of the expert network industry and management consulting landscape
