Qualifications:
Founder Level:
1-3 years of experience, Postgraduate degree in Hindi, and B.Ed.
Master Level:
4-8 years of experience, Postgraduate degree in Hindi, and B.Ed.
Developer Level:
9+ years of experience, Postgraduate degree in Hindi, and B.Ed or M.Ed.
Screening Process:
Written Test:

Subject-specific exam in Hindi.
Proficiency Test:

Assessment of MS Office skills.
Reading Test:

Conducted via Microsoft Teams.
Teaching Demonstration:

Mock classroom session.
