Staff Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following: Design, plan, and implement network infrastructure for Fulfilment Center, Delivery Centers, Corporate Offices and Data Center. Design, deploy and support network Infra that encompasses Wi-Fi, Core Networking, SDWAN, Firewalls etc. Work closely with stakeholders, understand Business needs and provide appropriate network solutions. Ensure High Availability of Network Services Identify appropriate network providers and solutions. Work with other IT teams to resolve IT related incidents. Ensuring the local network is responsive to user demands. Scaling network services to serve growing businesses. Create, oversee, and evaluate security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery) Monitor network performance and integrity. Communicate with users and stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines Ensuring operating environments stay safe and secure. Experience working in a high-pressured environment with 24x7 on-call responsibilities. Basic Qualifications 12+ years of working with Large Enterprise networks .In-depth experience in Cisco Wi-Fi, Switching, Routing, SDWAN, IS EKnowledge on Firewall Administratio nLead the team technically in devising new solutions and developing continuous improvements .Solid background in network administration and architectur eKnowledge in routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), switching, network securit yFamiliarity with access control models and network securit yExperience with network diagnostic, monitoring, traffic engineering and network analytical tools .Solid understanding of network operating system sSharp troubleshooting skill sAbility to work independently and mentor junior members in the team .Capable of training Help Desk staff on new technologies implemented .Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fiel dUpdate on the emerging network technologies .Professional certification (e.g., CCNP, JNCIP )Good to have. Palo Alto - IPSec VPN, GlobalProtect ,Experience working in startups, ecommerce .Knowledge of project management principles .
