Job Overview:
We are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Executive
who will be responsible for managing
bulk hiring
and
lateral hiring
processes for various in-house positions at IMS Group. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a target-oriented mindset are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Bulk & Lateral Hiring:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for bulk and lateral hiring across various departments.
Candidate Sourcing:
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other effective channels.
Screening & Shortlisting:
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on the required criteria.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with respective departments and ensure a smooth interview process.
Offer Management:
Manage offer negotiations, release offer letters, and follow up to ensure smooth onboarding.
Database Management:
Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality hires within the defined timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (freshers with a passion for recruitment can apply).
Strong understanding of bulk and lateral hiring processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
