Role Overview: The Legal & Regulatory Expert will provide compliance support, ensuring MSMEs adhere to all applicable laws. Key Responsibilities: Assist businesses in company formation, contract drafting, and tax regulations. Ensure compliance with labor laws and industrial policies. Provide legal support for MSMEs in case of disputes or regulatory issues. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in corporate law, MSME legal compliance, or taxation. Strong knowledge of business laws and regulatory frameworks. Expertise in drafting and reviewing business contracts. Travel Requirement: Regular visits to legal departments, courts, and compliance review offices .
