Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence and Cross-Functional Leadership – Align teams, implement scalable processes, and enhance business agility.
What We're Looking For
Seven or more years of experience in business strategy, market development, or corporate leadership.
Strong expertise in financial planning, KPI management, and competitive analysis.
Proven ability to lead business transformation and execute growth initiatives.
Exceptional skills in negotiation, executive communication, and decision-making.
MBA or relevant certifications such as CFA, PMP, or Six Sigma preferred.
