Teamcenter Solution Architect Locations: Pune / Bangalore / Noida / Hyderabad Job Description: As the Teamcenter Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of strategic PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions based on Siemens Teamcenter platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to architect scalable, sustainable, and high-performance PLM solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization and clients. Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of complex PLM solutions based on Siemens Teamcenter platform, including data modeling, process workflows, integrations, and customizations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define business processes, and translate them into technical designs and specifications. Develop architecture blueprints, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps for Teamcenter-based PLM initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, industry best practices, and technology standards. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, including developers, engineers, and consultants, throughout the project lifecycle. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the capabilities and performance of Teamcenter-based PLM solutions. Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to design and optimize the underlying infrastructure (servers, databases, networks) to support Teamcenter deployments. Define and enforce architectural standards, principles, and guidelines for Teamcenter-based PLM solutions, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability. Qualifications: Overall Experience: 10 to 12 Years 5+ years in architecting and implementing PLM solutions based on Siemens Teamcenter platform in complex enterprise environments. Strong understanding of PLM concepts, including product data management (PDM), product lifecycle management (PLM), digital manufacturing, and supply chain management. Experience with CAD/CAM/CAE integration, manufacturing process planning, BOM Deep technical expertise in Teamcenter architecture, modules, integrations, and customization capabilities. Strong understanding of PLM concepts, including product data management (PDM), product lifecycle management (PLM), and digital manufacturing. Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps) and tools (e.g., Jira, Git) is desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Ability to think strategically, innovate, and drive change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Certification in Siemens Teamcenter administration or architecture is a plus.
