Your Role:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute long-term growth strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities, revenue streams, and partnerships to drive expansion.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to inform decision-making.

Business Development:

  • Lead initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement growth-oriented solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and decision-makers.

Founder's Office/Chief of Staff Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee high-priority projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the leadership team.

Innovation & Thought Leadership:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Peepal Consulting at the forefront of recruitment solutions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience:
  • 5-10 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and scaling organizations.
  • Experience in the Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, or similar roles is a plus.
    • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and strategic frameworks.
    • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
      • Education:
      • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field (preferred).
