What You'll Be Doing
Pre-Sales Support:
Assist in pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Product Demonstrations:
Conduct detailed product demos to prospective clients, effectively showcasing features and benefits.
Email Communication:
Craft professional emails to engage prospects and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
Client Retention:
Re-engage with former clients to explore new opportunities and ensure long-term partnerships.
Sales Strategy:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation, client acquisition, and market expansion.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports.
What We're Looking For?
We're looking for a
Business Development Executive(Presales)
who brings:
1 to 3 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, or a similar role.
Strong experience in conducting product demonstrations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in professional email writing and client correspondence.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in re-engaging old clients and reviving dormant accounts.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
