Role Summary:

As a product operations and analyst, you will be a strong and vital link between operations and product management and will be primarily responsible to ensure a seamless customer satisfaction and experience. High on initiative and strong stakeholder management are a must for this role.

If you are someone who is passionate about Financial Services, Fintech and especially Broking / Capital Markets / products in India wherein you feel the clients and customers should get the best possible experience, then you are looking at the place where you should apply. This would require you to be excited about the business and work with all stakeholders to drive excellence.

Expected Responsibilities:

- Figuring out a problem, defining, ideating and collaborating to arrive at possible solutions, drive projects to solution, building a seamless, easy to use, value driven product.
- Design multiple product road maps & advocate product vision, being the customer voice throughout
- Taking complete ownership of the corporate actions on the app and ensuring the areas of action are implemented within timelines.
- Collaborate and liaison with product, engineering, risk, other functions for product related process, gathering information and suggesting enhancements in order to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Create product plans and user stories based on business and customer requirements for Mobile and Web.
- To analyze data to help product management make better informed decisions and develop business processed to streamline product development.
- Assist in integration of modules and own customer satisfaction through improved Success ratio.

Expected Skills:

- B. Tech/B. E, MBA from a relevant field.

- 3-6 years in Analysis, Product Operations, APM in broking of fintech is a must.

- Good knowledge of all product life-cycle elements. Prior work with start-up will be an add-on.

- Strong Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Location: Mumbai (Borivali East)

This is a work from office opportunity and not a hybrid or remote role.

About Raise Financial Services

At Raise, we are building technology-led consumer products & infrastructure services to serve Indians with Financial Services across financing, insurance, investing, payments and wealth.

We are building for the financially aware & financially literate users, largely focussing on the top 25 Mn+ tax paying residents in metros, urban cities & towns in india. Raise will offer consumer products & services that cater to these users, and will offer the same technology & infrastructure to partners in the startup ecosystem willing to take the experience to everyone in India.
