Backend Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Backend Engineer to join our team in the AI industry. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems that support cutting-edge AI applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including blockchain developers, data scientists, front-end engineers, and product managers, to build robust, high-performance systems that drive our innovative AI solutions. Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience in backend development with a proven track record of designing and deploying scalable systems.
Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Rust, Java, Go, Node.js).
Solid experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Skill in Rust coding language is preferred (not mandatory).
Experience with handling large datasets, potentially in a distributed environment.
Exposure to AI/ML concepts and experience integrating machine learning models into production systems is a plus.
Good to have: Experience working with blockchain and Web3 arena.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Development: Architect and implement high-performance backend services, APIs, and microservices that support AI workflows and data processing.
Integration: Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into production systems, ensuring seamless data flow and performance.
Scalability & Performance: Optimize backend systems for scalability, reliability, and low-latency performance to handle high volumes of data and concurrent requests.
Maintenance & Monitoring: Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health and stability of backend services.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives.
Security & Compliance: Implement robust security measures and follow industry best practices to safeguard data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to code reviews, share best practices, and drive improvements in our development processes and system architectures.
