As an experienced

Merchandiser

at Aditiany Inc./Maharani Embroideries, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire merchandising process, ensuring timely production, and meeting the requirements of our international clients. You will work closely with our design, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth coordination and successful delivery of embroidered products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in merchandising, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the embroidery export industry.

Responsibilities
Client Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Product Development & Coordination : Work with the design team to develop customized embroidery designs according to client specifications.
Sampling : Oversee the sampling process, ensuring that the samples meet client requirements and standards.
Order Management : Handle order processing, production planning, and ensure timely delivery.
Production Follow-Up : Monitor and manage production schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Costing & Pricing : Prepare and manage cost sheets, working closely with the pricing team to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
Quality Control : Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that all finished products meet the highest quality standards.
Logistics & Shipping : Coordinate shipping arrangements and documentation to ensure timely export to global clients.
Market Trends : Stay updated on the latest market trends and embroidery techniques to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications
Experience : Minimum 5+ years of experience in merchandising within the garment/embroidery export industry.
Skills :
Strong understanding of embroidery techniques and production processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Education : A degree or diploma in Fashion Designing.
Language : Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Knowledge :
Familiarity with international export regulations and shipping procedures.
Knowledge of different embroidery styles, threads, fabrics, and garment types.
A solid understanding of cost analysis and profit margins.
Other Qualities :
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
