Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Veterinarian at Dr. Rina Dev's Animal & Bird Clinic, located in Mumbai. The Associate Veterinarian will provide medical care to a variety of animals, including routine checkups, diagnoses, treatments, and surgeries. Daily tasks include examining patients, administering vaccinations, prescribing medications, and advising pet owners on preventive healthcare and nutrition. The Associate Veterinarian will also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and collaborating with the veterinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

Veterinary medicine, diagnostics, and treatment skills
Surgery and anesthesia experience
Knowledge in preventive healthcare and animal nutrition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
Experience with maintaining accurate medical records
preference for candidates with surgery or medicine masters
Contract of minimum 2yrs
Licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Maharashtra
Experience working with a variety of animals, including birds, is a plus
