Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead Aurum Senior & Assisted Living. The General Manager will be entrusted with overall leadership, operational excellence, and administrative management of our esteemed senior living community. This pivotal role ensures the highest standards of resident care, promotes a vibrant culture of compassion and respect, and drives both the financial and operational performance of the facility.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing diverse teams, a deep commitment to quality senior care, and the ability to strategically enhance our community's reputation and profitability.

The GM oversees all departments including clinical care, food & beverages, housekeeping, sales & marketing, maintenance, and resident's welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Operations

·

Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day operational management of the facility.

·

Ensure compliance with all {local, state and internal}.

·

Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous process improvement.

·

Lead department heads and staff through effective communication, coaching, and performance management.

·

Liaison with the local and Govt body.

Resident Care & Satisfaction

·

Ensure high standards of care and personalized service for all residents at Aurum.

·

Respond promptly and compassionately to resident and family concerns.

·

Oversee resident engagement programs that promote physical, social, and emotional well-being.

Financial Management

·

Timely prepare and share MIS, expense (Capex & Opex) and business forecast reports.

·

Monitor key financial indicators such as occupancy, revenue, expenses, and profitability.

·

Drive census growth through marketing strategies and community outreach

·

All invoices and bills are duly checked and payments are received and payouts are settled within assigned timeline.

Staffing & Human Resources

·

Recruit, hire, train, and retain qualified staff across all departments.

·

Promote a safe and supportive work environment.

·

Ensure all compliances are in place.

·

Coordinates with the outsource HR team to ensure smooth functioning.

Marketing & Community Engagement

·

Plan, organize and execute events, networking activities and outreach program.

·

Maintain a tracker to ensure all Marketing activities are planned in advance with budget.

·

Oversee onboarding processes for prospective residents and families.

·

Coordinate with the marketing agency to ensure that all deliverables are completed on time.

Qualifications:

1.

Master's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (MBA / MHA preferred).

2.

8+ years of leadership experience in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality environment.

3.

Strong knowledge of senior care regulations and operations.

4.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

5.

Ability to manage complex budgets and multi-functional teams and multisite business.
