Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop on board What you will do: As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional functions that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations. Implement network changes during appropriate change windows (after hours) Create network changes as required by ticketing system per incident Perform LCM (Lifecycle Management) functions Perform Vulnerability Management functions Identify proper escalations associated with incidents as they occur Follow change and engineering standards documentation Provide network triage for all network incidents Serve as second-tier support for network operations team when needed. Participating in on-call support escalation rotation Serve as a technical resource providing guidance and advice to L1 Network Operations Team All you will need for success: Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training 1+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training Airline Industry experience Skills, Licenses & Certifications: Experience working with network tools such as CA Spectrum and Wireshark Experience working with Velocloud / Viptela SDWAN / Aruba / Meraki / Nexus / Palo Alto Firewalls / Zscaler equipment is an advantage Experience working with Microsoft Azure is a plus Experience in switch upgrades and refresh activity Basic understanding of public cloud and Azure cloud networking Firewall troubleshooting skill Basic Wi-Fi design understanding and troubleshooting skill Why you will love this job: As one diverse, high-performing team dedicated to technical excellence, you will focus relentlessly on delivering unrivaled digital products that drive a more reliable and profitable airline.
