Job Overview:

We are looking for a

Freight Sales Executive

to drive business growth by acquiring and managing clients for our freight and logistics services in the

Australian market . The ideal candidate should have

strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain solutions .
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

– Identify and onboard new clients needing freight forwarding, trucking, and logistics solutions in Australia.

Cold Calling & Client Outreach

– Actively engage with potential customers via phone, email, and

to pitch services.

Relationship Management

– Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Negotiation & Pricing

– Provide competitive freight quotes, negotiate rates, and close deals efficiently.

Market Research

– Stay updated on Australian logistics trends, competitor pricing, and market demands.

Coordination with Operations

– Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment handling and timely delivery.

Sales Reporting

– Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline management, and revenue tracking.
Key Requirements:

Experience:

1-3 years in freight sales, logistics, or supply chain sales (preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Communication:

Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Sales Acumen:

Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
Australian Market Knowledge:

Understanding of freight rates, shipping regulations, and customer expectations in Australia (preferred).
