Job position : Java Fullstack Developer Location : Chennai/Pune/Kochi Experience : 5+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiner We are looking for a skilled Java Fullstack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will contribute to both frontend and backend development, working with cutting-edge technologies to build and enhance scalable, secure applications. You will play a crucial role in developing business-critical functionalities, ensuring smooth integration with backend services, and providing a top-tier digital experience for our clients and end-users. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Development: Design and implement scalable, efficient, and high-quality business solutions by developing both frontend and backend functionalities. This includes handling full-stack responsibilities from the database layer up to the user interface. Agile Development: Work in an Agile environment, closely collaborating with product owners and other developers to deliver well-defined user stories and sprint goals. Backend Development: Utilize JEE technologies (JPA, EJB, CDI, and others) to build RESTful APIs, business logic, and services. Integrate with external services and databases as needed. Frontend Development: Build responsive, user-friendly web applications using HTML5 , CSS , Angular , and Bootstrap . Database Management: Design and maintain efficient, secure database schemas. Develop complex queries and optimize performance for high-traffic applications. API Integration: Design and develop integration points between internal systems (such as SAP) and external partners using REST, SOAP, or JSON-based services. Security: Implement robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) patterns to ensure the security and integrity of the application. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide 3rd-level support for complex technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving issues in production environments. Documentation & Communication: Document the design, implementation, and deployment processes. Communicate regularly with clients to track progress and manage expectations. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer and user experience, both from a business and technical perspective. Required Skills & Experience: Backend Development (JEE): Strong experience with Java EE technologies like JPA , EJB , CDI , JAAS , and SAML . Frontend Development: Proficiency in HTML5 , CSS , Angular , and Bootstrap for building responsive and dynamic web interfaces. Database Skills: In-depth knowledge of SQL and experience with database design, query optimization, and managing complex data models. Web Services: Strong expertise in developing and integrating REST and SOAP web services. Familiarity with JSON and XML data formats. Version Control & Build Tools: Proficient in Maven for dependency management and Git for version control. Identity & Access Management (IAM): Understanding of IAM patterns and their implementation for securing applications and controlling access. Testing: Strong experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, etc.). Agile & DevOps: Experience working in an Agile development environment. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Problem Solving & Debugging: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for both backend and frontend issues. Client & Team Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with clients and collaborating with internal teams. Preferred Skills: Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure . Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes . Familiarity with front-end state management libraries (e.g., NgRx , Redux ). Exposure to SAP integration or working with enterprise systems is a plus. Experience with microservices architecture and tools like Spring Boot .
