Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Actively prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to source and match qualified candidates to job openings.
- Provide personalised career guidance and advice to job seekers, including resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
Qualifications
:
- Bachelor's degree in Any Field.
- Proven track record of success in sales or recruitment, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
