What You'll Do: Frontend Development: Build and maintain dynamic, user-friendly web applications using React and NextJS . UI/UX Implementation: Work closely with the design team to translate UI/UX designs into fully functional, responsive web pages. Performance Optimization: Focus on optimizing the performance of web applications, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experiences. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services, ensuring seamless data flow between frontend and backend systems. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while ensuring high standards for code quality, performance, and reliability. Testing: Implement unit and integration tests to ensure the quality of your code and web applications. Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest web technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve your development skills and our products. What You'll Bring: Experience: 2-3 years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on building responsive web applications using React and NextJS . Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in React and NextJS for building modern, scalable web applications. Expertise in HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript . Solid understanding of frontend build tools, version control (e.g., Git), and state management (e.g., Redux or Context API). Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript. Familiarity with CSS frameworks like SASS , Tailwind CSS , or Bootstrap is a plus. Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex problems and think critically about application design and user experience. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for design and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and polished user experience. Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
