Position: Marketing and Sales Associate – US Accounting Industry Office Location: Ahmedabad Office Timing: 3 PM to 12 AM IST ( Monday to Friday) Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Post-Graduate qualification preferred Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing and sales, specifically in the US accounting industry. Experience in remote staffing solutions or business support services for accounting firms is a plus Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing and Sales Associate with hands-on experience in the US accounting industry. In this role, you will take charge of building a solid sales funnel, generating high-quality leads, and managing outreach campaigns through strategic cold calling and email marketing. You will play an instrumental role in transforming leads into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience, an eye for detail, and a passion for building and nurturing client relationships. Key Responsibilities: · Lead Generation & Strategy: Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies that resonate with small to mid-size US accounting firms. Identify and generate new opportunities using LinkedIn, Apollo, Zoho CRM, and other tools to drive quality leads into the pipeline. · Cold Calling & Email Campaigns: Initiate cold calls and create personalized email outreach campaigns aimed at engaging potential clients. Build strong rapport with leads by offering customized solutions based on their business needs. · Pipeline Management & Sales Funnel Development: Manage a dynamic pipeline by tracking and nurturing leads at every stage – warm, hot, and cold. Regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate status of each lead and identify next steps for engagement. · Client Calls & Follow-Ups: Conduct first-level client calls to qualify prospects and set the stage for meaningful follow-up conversations. Ensure regular follow-ups are maintained to build trust and relationship continuity. · Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to refine outreach messaging, ensuring consistent and effective communication that aligns with the company's brand values. · Lead Metrics & Optimization: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, outreach effectiveness, and conversion rates. Use data insights to optimize lead generation strategies and refine campaigns. · Outreach through Multiple Channels: Leverage multiple strategies for lead engagement, such as LinkedIn activities, webinars, events (booth participation), and other campaigns. · Template Creation & Campaign Management: Design email templates, calling scripts (Mock Calls), and outreach strategies to ensure consistent messaging and improve engagement across all communication platforms. · Target Achievement: Set and achieve weekly lead generation targets and contribute to the overall business development goals of the company. Required Skills and Experience: · Proven Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing and sales, specifically in the US accounting industry. Experience in remote staffing solutions or business support services for accounting firms is a plus. · Lead Generation & Funnel Expertise: Demonstrated success in generating leads, building sales funnels, and driving conversions through various channels, especially cold calling and email marketing. · Tools Proficiency: Proficient in using Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and VOIP tools for lead prospecting, follow-up management, and sales tracking. · Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle client conversations professionally, clearly, and effectively. Comfortable with mock calls to simulate client scenarios. · Results-Oriented: A self-motivated, target-driven professional who thrives on meeting and exceeding lead generation and sales goals. An eye for detail with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize strategies. · Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build long-term relationships with prospects and clients. Regular, proactive follow-up is essential to keeping leads engaged. · LinkedIn Networking: Active on LinkedIn and capable of connecting with and engaging US-based accounting professionals to expand the network and generate leads. · Proactive Listener & Speaker: Strong listening skills to understand client pain points, coupled with the ability to present relevant solutions Preferred Qualifications: · Educational Background: Graduate/Post-Graduate qualification preferred. · Lead Generation Expertise: Advanced skills in lead generation techniques, sales strategies, and creating an effective sales funnel. · Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the operations, client needs, and challenges faced by US accounting firms. · Remote Staffing Experience: Previous experience working with or for accounting firms, specifically in the domain of remote staffing solutions.
