Job Role - IT Service Desk analyst
Experience Range: 4 to 8 years
Job Location: Chennai
Job Description
Must Have
Roles/ responsibilities
First point of contact for all IT support related issues, managing incidents and the fulfillment of service requests across channels.
Knowledge on O365, MS office Suite, Active Directory, Hardware and Software related troubleshooting skills.
Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.
Requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
Must be a strong cross-team collaborator.
Ability to drive higher Customer Satisfaction and maintain the defined SLA's and KPI's.
