Who are you? A SharePoint Developer who can skillfully orchestrate end-to-end SharePoint solutions. You: Have experience building SharePoint solutions at both infrastructure and application levels with cross-functional teams Have a strong understanding of the SharePoint Framework Understand the difference between custom web parts and a reusable component library that can scale Can architect, articulate well, and create buy-in for your technical solutions Are hands-on and able to rapidly prototype solutions Are able to work collaboratively to deliver features in sprints across projects Have a deep understanding of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), modern SharePoint development practices Can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that drive the platform/product roadmap Have worked with global clients in a consulting or product team and understand communication protocols of large enterprises What you will do: Client Engagement: Act as a technical point of contact for clients, understanding their SharePoint requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions. Participate in client meetings, gather technical requirements, and ensure solution quality throughout the project lifecycle. SharePoint Development: Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, including web parts, extensions, and applications. Implement best practices for SharePoint Online and on-premises environments. Solution Architecture: Create technical specifications, solution architecture documents, and development guidelines. Development Strategy: Contribute to the development of technical strategies and play an active role in proposing new approaches to continuously improve solution quality. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, UX designers, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are properly implemented. Technical Innovation: Stay current with the latest SharePoint and Microsoft 365 developments, tools, and technologies, incorporating relevant innovations into development processes. Who you are NOT.
