About the Project

We're building an innovative SaaS product that revolutionizes sales training by offering interactive role-play experiences powered by AI-driven voice conversations. Our mission is to provide sales professionals with a seamless, engaging platform where they can practice real-life scenarios, receive feedback, and enhance their skills.

Who We're Looking For

We're on the lookout for a skilled and experienced UI/UX designer who can bring this vision to life. The ideal candidate will have:
End-to-End Product Design Experience:

Ability to design the product from scratch—starting from initial concepts and wireframes to delivering final polished interfaces.
Collaborative Skills:

Proven experience working closely with co-founders, clients, and non-technical stakeholders to translate abstract ideas into clear, actionable designs.
User-Centered Design Approach:

A knack for asking the right questions, conducting user interviews, and gathering actionable insights to inform design decisions.
Proficiency in Design Tools:

Expertise in creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that ensure a cohesive, intuitive user experience.
Effective Communication:

Strong ability to communicate design ideas to stakeholders who may not have a technical background, helping them articulate their needs.
Familiarity with AI-Based Tools:

Experience using AI-driven design tools like V0 to enhance workflow efficiency and creativity.
Branding Expertise:

Ability to define and maintain a cohesive brand identity, including logo design, color schemes, typography, and overall visual style.
Animation Skills:

Experience in creating micro-interactions and animations that enhance user engagement without compromising performance.
Key Qualities
Strong design fundamentals with a portfolio that showcases complete product design journeys.
Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
Comfort with the dynamic nature of early-stage startups, where requirements can evolve rapidly.
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience designing AI-driven platforms or voice interaction features.
Understanding of sales processes or familiarity with training tools.
