Job Title: Health Care Professional Analyst (Website Analytics)

We are seeking a Health Care Professional Analyst specializing in website analytics to manage and optimize our Health Care Professionals (HCP) webpage. In this role, you'll analyze web data to provide actionable insights that enhance the user experience, improve content effectiveness, and drive engagement with our health care audience. Your analysis will help shape our online strategy and ensure that the webpage effectively meets the needs of health care professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of website data to identify trends, user behaviors, and opportunities to enhance the HCP webpage's structure, content, and user experience.
  • Strategic Insights: Develop reports and dashboards that provide strategic recommendations to improve website performance, increase user engagement, and enhance information delivery.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Create reports and data visualizations using platforms like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with the digital marketing, IT, and content teams to align web analytics insights with broader business goals and strategies.
  • Content Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of web content, suggesting optimizations that align with health care professionals' needs and expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine the webpage analytics process, ensuring data accuracy and quality while identifying ways to improve the overall online experience for health care professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field is required. A master's degree is advantageous.
  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, web analytics, or digital marketing, ideally within the health care or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI. Advanced Excel skills are beneficial.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable strategic insights for the HCP webpage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Approach: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, influencing and building relationships to achieve strategic goals.
