We have an Urgent Opening for Business Head - Operations Role at Mumbai.

Industry: Bulk Drug/ Generic Drug / CRAMS
Job Location: Mumbai

Requirements: 
  • Minimum 18+ years of Experience in Business Operations, Unit/ Plant / Manufacturing Operations  
  • Work Exposure to Manufacturing Operations in Bulk Drugs / Generic Drugs / CRAMS 
  • Should have a Techno-commercial / Chemistry / Technical expertise
  • Must be qualified Graduate with (Chemistry / Pharma / Chemical Engineering / Science)  
  • Should have handled multiple drugs/ bulk category drugs / Generic API's / multiple catalog drugs / multiple chemical domain

Job Profile: 
  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved
  • Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes
  • Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision
  • Measuring the efficiency of an organisation’s operational processes and taking steps to improve them.
  • Developing strategies for the growth of the organisation and making sure they are implemented
  • Liaising between the organisation and clients, for quality assurance purposes.
  • Ensuring that all employees, including senior management, have access to mentoring and coaching, to optimise motivation levels.
  • Empowering the operational team with the leadership and resources they need to successfully complete operations initiatives
  • Overseeing the operations of the organisation and making any necessary changes to meet business goals and projections
