We're Hiring: Influencer Marketing Executive (Full-Time) Location: (Your City / Remote) Experience: 0–2 Years Languages: Tamil, Telugu & English (Fluent – Writing & Speaking)Are you someone who lives and breathes Instagram, You Tube, and trending Reels?Do you have a knack for building creator relationships and executing campaigns that actually perform?At We Do Marketing, we're looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to help us scale regional and national campaigns across categories like beauty, wellness, food, fintech, and edtech.

Whether you're a fresher who's hungry to learn or someone with past experience in influencer marketing, this role could be the perfect next step in your journey. Responsibilities:- Source and shortlist creators (You Tube, Instagram).- Handle day-to-day coordination with influencers in Tamil, Telugu, and English.- Draft creator briefs, follow-ups, and ensure smooth execution of deliverables.- Collaborate with the creative team for scripting, content direction, and ideation.- Track video performance and prepare basic reports (don't worry—we'll train you).- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and managers. What We're Looking For:- 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships.- Must be fluent in Tamil, Telugu, and English – both spoken and written.- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple conversations at once.- A good understanding of regional creators and current content trends.- Highly organized with an eye for detail and timelines.- Bonus: If you've worked in an agency or directly with brands, tell us more
