ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , X, You Tube, etc.)Create engaging and on-brand content (graphics, captions, videos, reels, etc.)Schedule, publish, and monitor posts to maintain consistent online presenceRespond to comments, messages, and engage with the communityCollaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to align campaignsAnalyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize content strategiesStay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practicesManage social media budgets and paid promotionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketingStrong knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , X, You Tube, etc.)Experience with content creation and scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator)Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordinglyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesCreative thinking and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
