Job Description: Technical Project ManagerPosition: Technical Project ManagerExperience: 7 – 12 YearsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead and manage technology-driven projects from initiation to delivery.
The TPM will bridge the gap between business, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed effectively, on time, and within scope.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & DeliveryLead end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery.Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.Ensure alignment of business requirements with technical implementation.Stakeholder ManagementAct as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams.Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and leadership.Technical OversightCollaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and dependencies.Drive solution discussions, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.Oversee system integrations, APIs, cloud deployments, and other technical components.Risk & Quality ManagementIdentify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure high-quality project deliverables through reviews, testing coordination, and compliance checks.Agile & Process ExcellenceManage projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management.Drive process improvements and best practices across project teams.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).7+ years of experience in IT project management with a strong technical background.Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects (Cloud, Saa S, AI/ML, Data, or Enterprise Applications).Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications preferred.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance bonuses.Health insurance and wellness benefits.Flexible work arrangements.Career growth and learning opportunities.
