Role Overview: As CTO you will play a critical role in shaping the technology roadmap and growth strategy of Proc Ur Pal.

You will work closely with the founding team to drive product innovation, enhance AI capabilities, and position Proc Ur Pal as a leader in the procurement Tech Stack & Architecture at Proc Ur Pal Frontend: Type Script, React.js, Next.js, Redux, Tailwind CSS, Material-UI.

Backend: Type Script, Node.js, Nest.js, Express.js, Serverless.

Database & Storage: Dynamo DB, Postgre SQL/My SQL, AWS S3.

Authentication & Security: JWT, OAuth 2.0, RBAC.

Dev Ops & Cloud: AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, Cloud Front, API Gateway), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Git Lab CI).

Others: Graph QL, REST APIs, Web Sockets, Redis.

Key Responsibilities: Technology Leadership: Spearhead product development, AI integration, and technological innovation.

Product Roadmap: Define and execute a scalable, AI-driven product vision aligned with business goals.

Global Expansion: Develop technology solutions that cater to international procurement markets.

Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure the platform meets global ISO-certified security and regulatory standards.

Team Building: Recruit and lead a world-class engineering and product team.

Business Development: Leverage your industry network to establish strategic partnerships and accelerate adoption.

Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency and scalability in platform architecture and operations.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential technological risks in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications: Tech Leadership: Experience as a CTO, Tech Founder, or Senior Engineering Leader in Saa S, AI, or procurement technology.

Product Innovation: Expertise in AI, machine learning, cloud architecture, and procurement technologies.

Global Mindset: Prior experience in scaling a tech product for international markets.

Entrepreneurial Drive: Ability to operate in a high-growth startup environment with a disruptive mindset.

Networking & Business Development: Strong industry connections to support growth and funding initiatives.

Security & Compliance: Knowledge of ISO, DPIIT, and global cybersecurity frameworks.
