We are currently hiring for a Senior Manual Tester who believes that the "final check" is where the real product begins.
If you're the type who notices every missing comma in a document, finds issues before anyone else does, and secretly enjoys making developers sweat a little (all in good faith, of course), then you'll feel right at home.
This role needs someone who sees testing not as the end of the process — but as its quiet guardian.
Primary Responsibilities: Design and execute test cases with precision and logic, not guesswork Collaborate with developers and analysts to understand system functionality Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and performance hiccups before users do Document test scenarios, test plans, and expected results clearly Maintain detailed logs of test execution and defect tracking Conduct functional, regression, UI/UX, and cross-browser testing Provide constructive feedback and assist in root-cause analysis Review software requirements and technical specifications for completeness Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning Guide and mentor junior testers with hands-on problem solving Primary Skills: Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Test Link) Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and various testing methodologies Clear communicator with the ability to translate bugs into understandable reports Excellent eye for detail — because "almost working" doesn't cut it Comfortable working independently in remote settings with time-bound follow-through Knowledge of web, mobile, and API testing Bonus: Basic exposure to automation tools for cross-verification Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field ISTQB or relevant testing certifications are appreciated Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in manual software testing Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer-facing applications will be useful How to Apply: If you're that person who tests a form five different ways — just to be sure — we'd like to hear from you.
