At Zime.ai, we're disrupting the Saa S landscape with our cutting-edge Gen AI technology. Our mission is to build an AI-CRO (aka brain of the sales org) and then drive actions & results across GTM org.
Our Gen AI native platform is set to disrupt the entire Saa S landscape, and we need an exceptional AI Engineering Leader to bring this vision to life.Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Senior AI engineer with deep expertise in building enterprise production grade AI solutions.Key Responsibilities* Design, develop, and optimize LLM pipelines using Lang Graph and other orchestration tools.* Implement scalable RAG architectures to integrate internal and external knowledge bases.* Work with knowledge graphs to structure, enrich, and query data efficiently for LLM consumption.* Build and maintain AMA-style agents capable of answering complex domain-specific queries.* Fine-tune or prompt-engineer LLMs for performance, alignment, and reliability.* Collaborate with MLOps and infra teams to deploy models and pipelines in production.* Continuously evaluate model performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics.Required Skills* 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, preferably with LLMs or NLP.* Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or similar frameworks.* Solid understanding of RAG pipelines, vector stores, and prompt engineering.* Experience working with knowledge graphs.* Familiarity with LLMs such as Open AI GPT, Gemini.PerksInnovative Environment: Be part of a Gen AI-native company that's driving disruption in the Saa S tech stack.Leadership Opportunity: Work directly with a 3x founder in an outcome-first and people-centric culture.Market Ready: Join a company with a defined market and problem, poised for exponential growth.
